Abstract

There are numerous factors contributing to the academic development and societal integration of the students. One of those is the student services which defined as additional assistance to students to complement their learning experiences, thus resulting in the attainment of the student's total formation. To attain such formation, providing quality of service is vital to the holistic development of each student. The study aimed to investigate and assess the students' perspectives on the efficiency of student services specifically in areas of support services, school facilities, and institutional programs and services. The study utilized the descriptive research design using the institutional exit interview form. The respondents were the graduating students of the Asian College of Technology for the second semester of the S.Y 2018-2019. Results revealed that among 3 areas of student services, support service was assessed by the respondents as “Very Satisfactory” which means that the services provided exceeds the expectations of the students while the remaining areas which are school facilities and institutional programs and services were evaluated as “Satisfactory” which implies that the services provided were within the expectations of the students. The study concluded that the graduating students are contented with the services offered by the ACT. However, common concerns relating to providing good customer service were raised, thus, the said areas should be further explored and be given full attention by the stakeholders.
