Abstract

This article examines the basic requirements for Ukraine in the field of atmospheric air quality. The European Union legal acts establishing these requirements and the state of their fulfillment are analyzed. The main problems of harmonization of national legislation of Ukraine with the standards of the European Union on the quality of atmospheric air are revealed.
