Abstract

The questions and basic aspects of application of logical laws in the professional activity of a lawyer are investigated, namely, the content of logical laws, their interrelation and significance when used in the direct activity of a lawyer are revealed, determined that the basic laws of logic have a close relationship, which is found that the violation of one law is associated with the violation of others.
