Abstract
The article “Features of investing in an IT company in Ukraine” is devoted to the prospects of IT industry development in Ukraine. The advantages of the Ukrainian IT market in comparison with other countries and prospects of further development of the information technology industry are investigated. The advantages of investing in the IT company of our country for foreign investors are analyzed. Accordingly, the task of investing in an IT firm and the return on financial assets was calculated.
