MODEL OF ASSESSMENT OF ENTERPRISE ACTIVITY ON THE BASIS OF A BALANCED SCORECARD

This article explores the concept and essence of anti-crisis management, the model of assessment of enterprise activity which allows to assessment the effectiveness of the implemented anti-crisis strategies is considered. The subject of the research is crisis management at Ukrainian enterprises. The subject of the study is a model of assessment of enterprise performance based on the basis of a balanced scorecard. Crisis management is the process of using procedures, models, methods that develop effective interaction of structural units of the enterprise with each other and with the external environment [1].
