RAIDING IN UKRAINE: ANALYSIS OF THE PROBLEM AND METHODS OF COUNTERACTION

At the present stage of state-building, discussions about the problem of "raiding" are reflected in the non-fiction literature and the Internet, where the specific cases of "raider seizures" are most often described. However, such information sources do not always have a sufficient level of credibility and objectivity, and therefore the problem of "raiding" requires research in the scientific field. Priority for the proper and safe operation of business entities is the counteraction to "raiding", which disorganizes the work of business entities, causes social tension and implies the ineffectiveness of protecting businesses from fraudulent capture. The redistribution of property is inherent in all market economy countries. However, to date, the most pressing problem for the development and functioning of the economy is the proliferation of processes of misappropriation of another's business (raiding). The article analyzes the latest innovations in the legislation of Ukraine on counteracting "raiding", investigates theoretical, methodological and applied aspects of preventing "raider" threats and provides recommendations on protecting one's business from unauthorized encroachment.
