LEGAL TEXT AND SYNTACTIC ASSIMILATION (LITERAL TRANSLATION)

The article is devoted to the question of studying syntactic similarity in the legal text. The scientific novelty is due to the theme chosen for this work, as legal translation is in the stage of development and renovating. Analysis was carried out to identify the syntactic similarity in the structure of the legal text. The practical significance of the article is the possibility of using its results in the study of the legal text and its translation, as well as in the drafting of legal documents.
