Abstract
In the context of a shrinking sphere of dialect usage, a dialectological problem becomes relevant. This work is devoted to the vocabulary of one Russian dialect of the Voronezh region, which is collected in the field. The purpose of this study is to describe household utensils and their use in the middle and second half of the 20th century, as well as lexical units that functioned in the designation of household items in the village of Podgorny. To achieve the goal, the author turns to methods: interviewing, observation and interpretation, description, comparison and analysis. The objects of close attention in the study were: a Russian stove, a cast iron, a frying pan, a churn, a wooden shovel, a poker, a tub, a rolling pin, a rocker arm, a ruble, a tray, a roller, an iron made of cast iron, a pelvis, a cushion, a crust, a crust, biton, a basket, a tub , bast basket and many others. The meaning of the words in question is determined by the explanatory dictionaries of A.P. Evgenieva and T.F. Efremova, the meaning and territory of the distribution of lexical units in other dialects - according to the Dictionary of Russian dialects. For a fairly long time, the household utensils of Podhorents retained special features of the area in which they were used. People tried to surround themselves with precisely those useful things, which were convenient to use and practical. In conclusion, the reason for the withdrawal of the now already archaic vocabulary, reflecting the shown realities of household goods, from active use is named. It is noted that in the 21st century, utensils are already represented by other names. The results obtained give the right to conclude that the dialect of everyday residents is reflected in the dialect of the indigenous women of the studied settlement. The author points to the value of preserving genuine antiquities and the importance of fixing the older age group of lexical units that still exist in the speech of informants, calling the realities of the past.
