Research of the Property Institute in the Context of Modern Transformations of Socio-economic Systems

The theoretical and methodological foundations of the development and transformation of the property institute are developed as the basis for the general processes of reforming the socio-economic system. The methodological approaches to the research of the property problem and the connection between the reform and development of the property system and the general processes of social transformation are determined. The property institute are researched as a system, theoretically are reproduced in the integrity and unity of internal sources of movement and development with external forms of manifestation of the essence, and a real mechanism for reforming this system in unity with natural transformation processes are proposed. Approaches to the research of the property institute as an independent unit of analysis and the main component of the institutional system of society are substantiated. Problems of theoretical and methodological content are proposed to be solved by developing an institutional paradigm, in particular, regarding the definitions and essence of the categorical apparatus, methodological certainty, content and place of scientific definitions in conceptual constructions. The systemic-categorical principle of the institute's expression defined by the author, built on the systemic method and the diclectic method of institutional political economy, makes it possible to find the relationship between the ideal and the real, the formation and effective functioning of institutional mechanisms, the processes of social transformation with practical actions and reforming of certain spheres of public life. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the development of theoretical and methodological foundations for the systematic research of property relations, identification of the property institute as a jointly shared resource system and substantiation on this basis of the prospects for transforming the socio-economic system.
