Abstract
The article talks about the structure of modern English as an extensive introduction to all aspects of the structure of modern English, including: phonology, morphology, vocabulary, semantics of sentences, syntax, pragmatics. The article does use linguistic theory, but assumes little experience in linguistics preference.
