Abstract
The article refers to the criminal-legal characteristics of such a socially dangerous act as the involvement of a minor in the commission of antisocial actions, discloses its object, characterizes the objective side, the subject and gives specifics of the subjective party. The author also considers the qualifying signs of involvement of a minor in the commission of antisocial acts and responsibility for the commission of the crime.
