Abstract
The article considers the problem of training bank employees in the context of a high rate of innova- tion growth in the banking sector of the economy, which requires the study of this type of professional activity as innovative. The conclusion is made that P. Ya. Halperin as the basic basis for the further development of creativ- ity, creativity and critical thinking of future bank employees
