THE EFFECTIVE OF BANKING SECTOR WORKERS ORGANIZATIONAL INERTIA ON BURNOUT

Abstract
The aim of this study determines the effective of banking sector workers organizational inertia on burnout. According to the easy sampling method of face to face survey method 172 sector workers data obtaines were analyzed. Participants were wanted to answer about demographic factors 3, about organizational inertia 14 and about burnout 22. The data were analyzed by SPSS 24 program and Amos 24 program. According to research findings were determined the in a positive way significant effective of banking sector workers organizational inertia on burnout.
