Abstract

CV. Sumber Jaya, located in Serang City, is a UMKM engaged in the service of making fences, trellises, handrails and canopies. The workers at CV. Sumber Jaya is at risk of developing Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) due to several factors, namely working in a squatting work posture, bending back position and static work for a long time. There are 4 workers studied, namely manager, painting section, welding section, and refinement section. In the distribution of the Quick Exposure Check (QEC) questionnaire, it was obtained the results of the management workers with an exposure score of 78, painting workers with an exposure score of 106, welding workers with an exposure score of 113, and the highest value of refinement workers with an exposure score of 116. The purpose of this study was to find out complaints of pain in workers CV. Sumber Jaya and to determine the assessment of work postures on workers with the highest exposure score, namely refinement workers. In this study using the Nordic Body Map (NBM) method and the Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) method.
