The doctrinal interpretation of the concept and goals of labour proceedings

The article is devoted to defining the concept and goals of procedural labour proceedings and determining the prospects for their reflection in domestic labour legislation. The relevance of using the term “labour proceedings” for a concise designation of procedural activities for the resolution of labour disputes has been justified. The classification of the goals of labour proceedings depending on their nature into subjective and objective goals has been carried out. The interdependence of the objective goals of the labour proceedings with the object characteristics of labour disagreement has been justified from doctrinal points of view.
