Quality-control assessment of the learning technology in the process of training graduates in chemistry

Abstract
The author considers the learning process during the training of chemists at classical universities as the main component of the educational process. The possibilities of realizing the preparation for learning, perception, understanding, memorization, ensuring the strength of knowledge are also analyzed. The article considers the possibility of practical implementation of such elements of the learning technology as generalization, systematization, achievement of developed skills and abilities. The analysis of influence of input and output parameters of elements of the learning technology is given. The quality control of learning outcomes is considered as another element of the learning technology. The article reveals a functional relationship between input and output parameters of the learning process, establishes analytical relationships which characterize the learning process, considers the quality control of learning not only as a means of quantitative evaluation of the process of qualitative nature, but as an element of the learning technology. The article uses educational and methodological and scientific publications of the author in the field of chemical disciplines. The proposed learning technology can be effectively used in the educational process and, in particular, in the organization and methodology of monitoring the learning process in the training of chemists at classical universities. The scale of assessment of the learning technology used in this work, despite its simplicity, requires further improvement. The criterion for assessing the level of the learning technology is a quality-control assessment of the mathematical expectation of academic performance based on results of the current monitoring of the learning process.
