Abstract
Every organization requires employees who can readily accept changes to carry out their day to day business transactions and to accommodate with those changesemerging from the environment. The purpose of this paper is to study the views on significant differences among employees of banking sector in Salem district with regard to the structural changes. Primary data were collected from 350 employees serving in the private and public sector banks through questionnaires. T-statistics was performed to analyze the data. The findings of the study clearly show that the views among the employees of the Public sector banks on the Structural Changes are favorable. It is suggested that the banking sector must take measures to conduct lots of training programs and deliberations to adapt the changes among the employees in the banks and enjoy the benefits emerging out of those changes.
