Abstract
The criticalness of the issue introduced in the article is clarified by the way that the expanding level of expert execution accomplishment of workers of a business association as far as quickly changing Russian economy, as a major aspect of the world monetary framework, directly affects the strength of the endeavor. The reason for the article is to build up a consistent numerical model and to decide the variables that influence the achievement level of expert execution of deals organization workers. The significant strategy applied in the examination is the numerical displaying technique done by methods for the discriminant investigation, which was actualized so as to find the standards that essentially isolate representatives into the fruitful and ineffective ones dependent on their degree of expert achievement, just as to build up a consistent scientific model of the vocation accomplishment of deals organizations' workers.
