Abstract
Objectives: According to the world bank report nearly 65% of the entire population lives in remote villages. This shows that in India, the maximum amount of the population is covered by rural people. Therefore, any services facilitated by our country have been productively delivered to the low-income group population as they meet multiple challenges and obstacles in satisfying their routine life. Huge initiatives have been taken for the poor people by the government to offer its services under various sectors. Special delivery channels have also been framed to reach the unserved population in our country. E-governance is called one of the most successful modes in productively servicing the poor people effectively. It acts as a channel between the government and the citizens in various fields such as financial inclusion, agriculture, education, and health care services. Hence this research study has examined the rural citizen satisfaction on attaining e-health care services during the pandemic situation of
COVID-19.
