Abstract

Currently, motivation as a mental phenomenon is interpreted differently. In one case - as a set of factors that support and guide, i.e. determine behavior, in another case – as a set of motives, in the third – as an incentive that causes the activity of the organism and determines its direction. In addition, motivation is considered as a process of mental regulation of specific activities, as a process of action of the motive and as a mechanism that determines the emergence, direction and methods of implementation of specific forms of activity, as a total system of processes responsible for motivation and activity. psychological protection is a normal mechanism for personal adaptation. Its main function is to eliminate psychological discomfort associated with conflict, stress, etc. Protection is updated when situations arise that place increased demands on the internal resources of a person. Psychological protection as a regulatory system includes two subsystems: the subsystem of personality stabilization (defense mechanisms) and the subsystem of overcoming (coping strategies). Psychological protection of the individual has a structural-level structure: biopsychic, actually psychological, personal, social and personal. The system of psychological protection is formed in the General structure of the individual in the form of certain sets of protective mechanisms and coping strategies. Psychological protection of the individual-a stable education that forms the style of protection of an individual
