Abstract
At the ground of any information system is a database in which all information is stored and processed. Principled approaches of semantic model forming which is able to manage standards base are considered in the article. The standards classification system should provide two of the most relevant tasks in current conditions: rapid and systematic updating of information in standards; convenient search for information contained in the standards by any interested parties, including not specially background. The ability to search for a standard by identified key features is estimated. The interaction principled scheme of users and developers of the standard is built.
