Abstract
The relevance of the topic which was chosen for the studying is associated with the special role of human resources in the development of industry, in particular, with the possibility of increasing labor productivity due to the efficient using of labor resources. The authors investigated the dynamics of the personnel's structure of 52 federal state budgetary institutions of the Land Reclamation Department of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation for the period 2015-2017, which was based on the statistical and situational analysis.
