Abstract
The COviD-19 Ontology for Cases and Patient information (CODO) models, this specification describes the CODO for Cases and Patient information in a machinereadable form. It is designed using W3C's RDF technology. Ontology Development101 is the ontology modeling methodology. The aim of this paper was to present an evaluating the CODO. It focused explicitly on the validation operation using OOPS! tools. OOPS evidence obtained the CODO was shown to be free from critical error; however, it had six major and five minor pitfalls. Eight pitfalls were repaired while the others remained. The combination of automated and traditional validation approaches enhanced the modeling ontology efficiency. The tools improved the traditional approach with a testing operation being faster, simpler, and less subjective. Whereas it proposed remedies for the problems for repair activities
