TECHNOLOGY AND FEMINISM: FRIENDS OR FOES!

Technological development has given a new shape to the Women's movement by giving women a much louder voice to bring attention to the unequal economic, political and social rights of women across the world. The larger use of social and digital media by feminist of today helps them to reach women living any corner of the world and gain support from them. In order words, the development of science and technology is helping women across the world to have a united voice to fight against the problem occurring to them than before. However, the same technology that provides women a platform to have united voices is setting women back by making harassment and exploitation of women easier.
