Abstract
The focus on electric bike shared services is a new trend in the developing country like India. Most of the studies on electric bike shared services are done on the consumer behavior patterns of people in countries from Europe and China. Generally, consumer behavior is much inclined towards the traditional means of transport or petrol-fueled vehicles, however, the trend is changing because of increasing environmental concerns. This novel paper will provide an analysis of consumer behavior and willingness of the young consumers to accept and adopt the electric bike shared services facilitated by private and public enterprises. This research paper will focus on various factors like demographic, social-economic, external environment, application infrastructure, electric bike features, environmental concerns, and consumer and perceived company traits affecting the behavior of consumers to choose among electric bike shared services mobility behavior. This study uses logistic models on survey data from 425 electric bike shared services respondents to find out the main factors which have a significant effect on the choice of consumer behavior and their overall satisfaction
