High Grade Vulvar Intraepithelial Neoplasia in women under 30-year old: Report of Two Cases/30 Yaşın Altındaki Kadınlarda Yüksek Dereceli Vulvar İntraepitelyal Neoplazi: İki Olgu Sunumu

Vulvar intraepithelial neoplasia (VIN) is a precancerous lesion of the vulva that may progress to invasive carcinoma. The mean age at presentation of the VIN 3 has fallen 35.8 years. Treatment modality can be chosen according to patients' age, size and broadness of the lesion and surgeon's experience. Imiquimod 5% cream is a promising agent for the treatment of vulvar intraepithelial neoplasia. It is well tolerated, less invasive, self-administered treatment, relieves itching and pain, , and does not influence healthrelated quality of life, body image, or sexuality. Here we reported two cases; at ages of 26 and 27, with VIN 3 who were treated with rapid regression time with using imiquimod.
