Abstract
The present study aimed to explore the reality of administrative bullying behaviours inthe municipalities in Jordan. It aimed to explore the reasons ofadministrative bullying in municipalities in Jordan and its impacts on municipalities and the victimized employees. It aimed to explore the impact of administrative bullying on the employee performance in municipalities in Jordan from the perspective of those employees. The researcher adopted a descriptive analytical approach. SPSS program was used and statistical analytical methods were used to analyze data and test hypotheses. Several results were reached. It was found that the extent of prevalence of administrative bullying behaviours in municipalities in Jordan is high. The researcher identified several reasons behind committing administrative bullying behaviors. Aadministrative bullying has negative impacts on municipalities and victimized employee. It was found that aadministrative bullying negatively affects the employee performance.
