TRADERS 'PROFIT IN THE PERSPECTIVE OF TRADITIONAL MARKET CULTURE

The purpose of this study is to describe the nomena of the meaning of applying profit to traders from a cultural perspective. This research method is with a qualitative paradigm that uses a realist ethnographic approach. Collecting data using participant observation and in-depth interviews conducted by snowball. Test the validity of the data using the credibility test with member check, transferability, and dependability. Data analysis using the Spradley model. The results of data analysis were found. First, The culture of "unggah-ungguh boso" and culture of "ijab qobul" caused by courtesy behavior. Second, Honest behavior, and being fair is caused by trust. Third, Blessing profit is due to more customers, and the business survives. Comprehensively, Trust strengthens the influence of courtesy culture on blessed profit.
