This article will examine the impact of the coronavirus pandemic on markets. The author will study the dynamics of stock indices of the countries most affected by the pandemic in the period from the beginning of 2020 to the middle of 2020, as well as the dynamics of coronavirus infection in these countries. It will also look at how strongly the dynamics of contagion and the behavior of stock markets in the most affected countries are related.
