Social projects under the crisis and their adaptation mechanisms

In the context of the crisis, when the Russian economy has significantly weakened due to low demand for raw materials and oil, as well as due to an increase in the number of unemployed (coupled with the closure or reorganization of many companies), social projects have faced a lack of funding and difficulties in the process of organizing work in the new realities. Because of this, there is a need to find mechanisms to adapt social projects to current realities. One of the methods of adaptation can be «going online» — outsourcing and remote work for some projects, as well as the possible integration of several social projects into one (cooperation).
