Abstract
This article summarizes the results of a small study conducted by a 3rd year student of the Siberian-American Department of the Baikal International Business School. The purpose of this study is to consider the personnel onboarding system as a new element in the personnel management system and to study the main features of this concept using the example of «DekArt» in the retail segment.
