Abstract
The article analyses, with the use of linguistic and hermeneutic methods, the main instruments of psychologisation of literary texts the author uses to apply a certain strategy of psychological portrayal. The instruments are also considered as methods of the utmost linguistic explication of the psychoemotional background of a piece. In the article psychologisation is also viewed as an intentional strategy of description of a character's feelings and thoughts. The article also provides proof of the deep immanent connection between the author's and the reader's focuses in the context of creation of a coherent psychological text. The interaction between the focuses is studied as a part of the noetic text space. From the existing theory of strategies of psychological influence and as a result of modern psychological prose study three main strategies of psychological description were derived: phatic-hedonistic, regulative-manipulative and explicative-reflexive. Narrative form, psychological analysis, detail and paralipsis are recognized and analyzed as the main instruments of psychologism. As the result, the most relevant to our study instruments the author implements to apply the intended strategy are chosen
