Abstract
In the scientific article necessity for managing of creative staff formation that will provide innovative enterprises sustainable development is considered. The classification of worker creative resources components is done. A model of motivation directed on development of enterprise personnel creativity through the use of material and non-material stimulation methods and estimation mechanism of worker contribution in creation of a creative product is offered.
