Abstract

The article is aimed at the conceptualization of cognitive-communicative and informational and semiotic dimensions of the design of the innovative model of higher education in the context of the development of society at the world and national level. The article substantiates the methodological principles of designing the newest educational systems on the basis of the synergetic approach as a method of analysis of pedagogical phenomena; innovative approaches to the design of educational models are considered in the context of understanding the creative and analytical system process of reproduction of the investigated activity, the criterion of truth of which is the stability of the existence and development of the educational system in the life cycle, with preservation of its characteristic components, which determines the algorithm of system design and its functional orientation.
