AWARENESS OF THE PRINCIPLE OF PRECIPILITY IN PROCESS OF PREPARATION OF PROJECTS OF REGULATORY ACTS

In the statute there is an analysis of norms and attitudes of the Constitution of Ukraine and those of the regulatory legal acts, which regulate their behavior to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the authorities of the State Council and the body of the card and the card and the card. It has been established that the regulatory body that is authorized to develop or adopt a draft regulatory act should ensure compliance with the principles of state regulatory policy: predictability, planning, justification of the regulatory act, as well as provide analysis, disclosure and approval with the State Regulatory Service of Ukraine. A proper scientific substantiation has been made that the aforementioned violations of the regulatory acts prepared by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine are grounds for their cancellation after adoption.
