Abstract
The main aspects of the formation of intellectual capital in the agrarian sphere are investigated. The research has established that the formation of intellectual capital in the agrarian sphere has certain features of the manifestation of factors that influence on its development. First of all, it is the natural and climatic conditions and seasonality of production, the peculiarities of the development of rural areas, the weak degree of introduction of the latest technologies into agricultural production, low solvent demand of the rural population and a significant part of the subjects of agrarian business. The key principles of development of intellectual capital of the agrarian sector are highlighted: priority, systematic and complex, scientific, ecological, human-centered. Sectoral features are reflected in the structure of intellectual capital. The following main components are distinguished: human, market, agroindividual, structural (organizational), consumer (client) capital, which constantly interact with each other. The directions of development of intellectual capital are offered, taking into account the institutional conditions and effectiveness of innovation activity in the specified sector of the national economy.
