Abstract
The article analyses the needs of the labour market for managers of social and corporate responsibility, identifies and grouped the main requirements of employers to these positions. The authors analysed the professional rights and duties of managers for social responsibility. It is concluded that, at present, the functional responsibilities of all the listed positions are assigned to specialists in various fields. The study of the actual composition of the staff of domestic pharmaceutical enterprises has shown that PR‑managers, content managers, development managers, copywriters, regional managers, sales managers and marketing specialists are most often involved in the formation, management and development of socially responsible activities in pharmaceutical enterprises. But today in Ukraine (according to the Occupational Classification of February 15, 2019) there are such staff positions that should directly deal with issues of social responsibility, namely, the manager (manager) for social and corporate responsibility and an expert on social responsibility. The key competencies of the manager of social responsibility of pharmaceutical enterprises were determined.
