STOCK MARKET DEVELOPMENT IN THE CONDITIONS OF ECONOMICS DIGITALIZATION

The influence of information and digital technologies on the functioning of the stock market is analyzed in the article. It is stated that the process of digitalization is penetrating practically all branches of production, changing the industrial and post-industrial technologies of production of goods to digital. The components that determine the efficiency of development of the modern stock market are distinguished. The influence of the technological factor as a basis that allows to take the stock market to a new level of functioning is described. It is emphasized that computer technologies have become crucial for economic activity in general and financial in particular. It is stated that modern technologies allow to increase the volume of trading operations at times, to effectively automate individual processes related to investment decision-making. Emphasis is placed on the importance of the information factor, namely, the reliability, accessibility, timeliness of the information received. The importance of intellectual capital for the effective development of the financial system was noted. Different forms and types of innovative digital technologies in the stock market are characterized. It is noted that automation and optimization of trading processes will allow stock market participants to gain competitive advantages. It is emphasized that the stock market in the conditions of digitalization is an extremely dynamic, innovative, science-intensive sphere of financial activity. It is stated that the increase of robotization, big data, artificial intelligence technologies, the use of new analytical tools provide quantitative and qualitative transformation of the stock market. Emphasis is placed on the need to continue research into the introduction of innovative digital technologies in the stock market.
