ANALYTICAL AND ANALYTICAL SYSTEM IN THE MANAGEMENT OF THE ACTIVITY OF THE ENTERPRISE

Theoretical and methodological issues of formation and functioning of the control-analytical system of management of implementation investment/innovation project sin the activity of economic entities are investigated. It is determined that business management is considered as a set of methods and forms of management activities aimed at identifying and rational use of the most profitable opportunities. The solution to the problem of choosing the most effective investment/innovation project in the conditions of limited resources, necessitates the consider able experience and know ledge of the method of managing the activity of the entity on all its components. The opinion is formed that the system of management by directions of activity is divided into several blocks. The tasks and goals of the blocks of activity management system of the enterprise are structured. The urgent task of the current stage of adaptation of business entities to the conditions of a changing market economy environment is the formation of organizational structures of management. The substantiation is given that the systematic approaching he processes of selecting and applying the methods and principles of formation of these structures provides the requirements for them, determined by the content and essence of the projects. It is established that the purpose of the project, as well as the mechanism of its achievement, should be based on the methodology of designing the organizational structure of the control and analytical system form an aging the innovative project. The effectiveness of building the organizational structure of the control and analytical management system for the implementation of innovative project sin the activities of enterprises is evaluated by a set of criteria. The set of criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of the control-analytical system of management of an innovative project is formed taking in to account certain directions of evaluation of its functioning. The final criterion for evaluating the effectiveness of a variant of the organizational structure of the control and analytical system is the most complete and sustainable achievement of the goals of the innovation project and the goals of the entity. Adjustment of the organizational structure of the control and analytical system should be made in accordance with changes in the innovative projector the need to introduce a new project.
