THEORETICAL AND ORGANIZATIONAL FUNDAMENTALS OF INTERNAL ENERGY AUDIT AT PULP AND PAPER INDUSTRY ENTERPRISES

The article is devoted to substantiation of theoretical and organizational bases of internal energy audit at the enterprises of pulp and paper industry. It is established that due to high technological energy consumption, significant energy saving potential and lack of operational data at the enterprises of the pulp and paper industry it is important to implement internal energy audit. It is proposed to consider the internal energy audit as an independent, systematic, objective and documented survey of enterprises by staff to determine the level and dynamics of energy consumption, assess the potential for energy savings, develop proposals to improve their efficiency. It is substantiated that to date there is no sound methodology of internal energy audit, which takes into account the specifics of the industry, current energy problems of enterprises, the needs of operational and strategic energy management. Internal energy audit at pulp and paper enterprises should perform managerial (formation of statistical and analytical base in the field of energy consumption, accumulation of information for digitalization of business processes, control of investment projects on energy modernization, ensuring interaction of structural units on energy saving) and technological consumption of energy resources, identification of losses of energy resources, the reasons for their occurrence, assessment of energy saving potential) functions. The objects of internal energy audit of energy efficiency of pulp and paper enterprises may be sources of energy supply, energy consumption, energy flows of the enterprise, the system of accounting for energy consumption, permits. To solve current problems in the field of energy efficiency, increase the efficiency of energy management, the internal energy audit in the pulp and paper industry should include 3 main stages: preparatory, on-site audit and final.
