THE STATE OF IMPLEMENTATION OF THE ELECTRONIC GOVERNANCE SYSTEM IN THE ACTIVITIES OF STATE AUTHORITIES AND THE PROSPECTS OF ITS DEVELOPMENT

Today, in the light of the development of information technologies, the use of technical means is becoming increasingly important, which, among other things, enables a person to use administrative services via the Internet. This happened thanks to the providence of administrative reform and the introduction of electronic governance in the activities of public authorities. Having studied foreign experience, having studied this issue at theoretical and practical levels, it has been determined that the most effective means of interaction between the state and society on the Internet today is electronic control, the use of which ensures the productive interaction of all branches of government, both among themselves and with society, and significantly simplifies the provision of administrative and electronic services. In this study, we examined the concept of e-government, the provisions of the Concept, which approved the procedure for the introduction of the latter, regulatory acts, which were also the basis for reforming the scope of administrative services. In the framework of the study, the author analyzed and accordingly made conclusions regarding the shortcomings that currently take place and provided ways for their possible resolution. In particular, at the moment, the e-government system has not been implemented at all levels of government activity. Therefore, there are use of low-quality technical equipment, which makes it impossible to fully use the system. In some cases, the implemented system does not always work in all areas of activity of a given agency. Accordingly, it was proposed to carry out appropriate financing, use of high-quality technical equipment, and conduct a high-quality information policy among the population in order to prevent their bias from ongoing innovations in any area of the state's public life, in particular information. Hopes are also expressed for the further improvement of this system and the expansion of its directions.
