THE ROLE AND IMPORTANCE OF THE FINANCIAL SECURITY OF THE STATE IN THE ECONOMIC SECURITY SYSTEM OF UKRAINE

The article is devoted to a complex of issues related to the study of the role and assessment of the value of the financial security in the current system of economic security of Ukraine. Emphasis is placed on the undisputed importance of the proper functioning of the financial security of the state in the current, undoubtedly, difficult period for the domestic economy, as one of the key prerequisites for economic stability and a basic factor contributing to stability for a wide range of components of the latter. The concepts of «security», «finance» are studied and analyzed as components of the definitions of «financial security of the state» and «financial system» — relevant to the financial security of Ukraine. The basic approaches to the definition of the concept of «financial security of the state» from the point of view of its role for the economic security system are explored. The author's understanding of the term «financial security of Ukraine» is offered, in terms of its affiliation and significance for the economic component of national security. The spectrum of features of the concept of «financial security of Ukraine» is defined, with the help of which they most often characterize the specified category in modern domestic administrative and legal science. Taking into account the authoritative opinions and taking into account a number of relevant provisions of national legislation, elements of the current financial security of Ukraine have been identified and a general legal characteristic has been given to the latter. A number of key internal and external threats to the financial component. Special attention is paid to the unconditional importance of promoting the proper functioning of the financial security of the state, as one of the main preconditions for the stability of the economic security system of Ukraine, in the present times. An attempt was made to assess the degree of destructive impact on the national economy as a result of threats to the financial component.
