TYPES OF AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTION IN AGROBUSINESS: LEGAL ASPECT

The article is devoted to the definition of the types of agricultural production in agrobusiness in terms of its legal regulation and legal relations that arise. It is proved that the productive and business activities of agrobusiness entities are divided into essentially different branches: the production business activity (that involves the production of traditional or organic agricultural products or their combination); the logistics business activity (the provision of services in the field of agricultural logistics); the commercial business activity (sales of agricultural products). It is specified that the obligatory features of the organic production of agricultural products are the following: the presence of a food chain of the organic production; the certification of the business activity; labeling of organic products; a consumer's access to the information on the quality, safety and the process of growing organic products; the transparency of all the stages of the production chain both for state control bodies and the society; the focus on o btaining an organic product's consumption; ensuring the environmental safety. It is found out that by the type of agricultural products the production can be divided into traditional, organic and innovative. The traditional agricultural production is aimed at growing traditional agricultural products which are produced by traditional means of the agricultural production, taking into account climatic conditions (climate change) that have developed over the past 30 years, and which are adapted to the needs of the local community. The organic agricultural production is the type of agricultural activity that involves the use of organic cultivation technology due to which organic agricultural products are produced, and the production ecological effect is achieved. The innovative production of agricultural products intends for the use of innovative technologies at the levels of the equipment, biological materials and methods of cultivation.
