Abstract
The article discusses the key trends in the development of human resources in enterprises - improving the HR management process by introducing adaptive management systems. The digital transformation of all sectors of the economy, the automation of processes and the attraction of a talented expert managerial body in the field of innovative transformations are presented as the main component of educational activity as the most important determinant of innovative labor management in the face of uncertainty.
