EXECUTION OF DECISIONS TAKEN IN THE COURSE OF OUT-OF-COURT PROCEDURAL AND LABOR PROCEEDINGS

The article is devoted to the development of a legal mechanism to ensure the reality of the ruling executionin the non-judicial labor proceedings. The gaps in the regulation of the ruling executionof the labor dispute committee have been identified. It is proposed to supplement domestic labor legislation with legal norms that establish requirements for the executive document of the labor dispute commission. Proposals have been developed to improve labor legislation in terms of enforcing decisions of non-judicial bodies of resolving collective labor disputes and conflicts.
