Abstract
The article analyzes the global production and consumption of meat in the context of its main segments: pork, beef, poultry and lamb. The features of the commodity and geographical structure of the market based on the analysis of exports and imports of the main types of meat are determined. The structure of consumption and production of meat in the world is estimated on the basis of allocation of the main world importing countries and exporting.
