The vehicle industries have obtained latest upward with respect to safety and comfort. In the developing countries and most populated countries like India and china, the latest transport technology results in rise in total number of vehicles. Puncture in vehicles is one of the main reasons of frequent traffic accident. Even a tiny sharp-edged particle can cause a heavy damage to the rubber tyres. Now-a-days modern cars are often fitted with a tyre pressure sensor. The pressure in all the tyres should be frequently monitored by the drivers and it is also very much difficult to detect the puncture of the vehicle. To overcome these problems, we designed embedded based system to monitor pressure and puncture detection. Based on the results the system was used to reduce the manual work load. Our system will monitor the pressure frequently and detects the puncture in all tyres. We suggest an image processing scheme to detect puncture, which have output in required manner. The image processing gives accurate results of every image captured. The embedded system is giving backup to our work.
