The mechanism of strategic planning of the company’s competitive potential

The article proposes a mechanism for strategic planning of the competitive potential of the enterprise, which synthesizes the concepts of strategic planning, creating competitive advantages and competitive behavior with the main general scientific approaches and identifies four stages of the process of strategic planning of the competitive potential of an enterprise. The use of the proposed mechanism allows the enterprises of the Donetsk People's Republic to successfully develop under conditions of increasing competition.
