Abstract
The article conducted a research in the field of the possibility of forming a portfolio of intellectual property of a company or enterprise. The existence of two approaches to assessing the portfolio of intellectual property has been established, which use three methods of calculating this assessment. Based on the results of the research, an objective recommendation for enterprises on calculating the value of the intellectual property portfolio, which increases the price of the company in the intellectual property market, have been suggested.
