The evaluation of level of intellectual potential in the system of strategical managment

In this article the theoretial and methodical approach to evaluation of enterprise mental potential level is improved. The offered approach assume the optimization of the level of potential indicators (unlike existing, doesnt assume their maximization or minimization) and doesnt require availability of a base of comparison. Optimum levels of basic indicators of a mental potential for Sumy region enterprises are advanced.
